Join your PELA colleagues for a brown bag lunch presentation by Hans Meyer on September 18.

There have been reports across the country of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers detaining immigrants in courthouses and at administrative hearings. Hans Meyer will briefly review some of these situations before explaining how immigration law works in these situations. Mr. Meyer will review what rights employment lawyer’s clients have in these situations and strategies employment lawyers can use to protect clients from immigration issues.

Applied for 1 CLE Credit. Please register in advance to get materials delivered via email before the presentation.
